Zoto
Zoto is an online application regarding photo sharing with lots of AJAX, social features and blogging plug-ins. Zoto allows you to build custom photo galleries then invite your friends, family and anyone else to view your pictures. Zoto Galleries gives you the ability to control the way your photos are displayed. You can select from many design choices and eventually be able to create your own look and feel for your galleries.
With Zoto, you have complete control over who can view your galleries by allowing public or password access. Furthermore, you have the ability to control who can add their photos to your gallery. You can also permit others to rate your photographs to see how they like your work.
Most photo sharing sites provide limited online sharing features but Zoto focuses on providing powerful ‘application-like’ features that give you the ability to store, organize, and share ALL your digital photos online with safe and secure, and available to you anywhere in the world. With Zotto, you can begin by uploading photos directly from your PC, Macintosh, cameraphone or email. As you upload your photos to share, you can add tags and permissions as to who will have access to your photographs. Zoto allows you to license your photos and has basic photo editing features available such as rotate, crop and basic enhancement of photos but it does not offer unlimited storage.

ZOTO Photo Sharing works well for students working on projects that require much on photo editing. In the case of students working on film, photo editing and blogging they deal heavily on this form of visual art which is photography. What makes this online application different as compared to other social networking sites is that it allows basic editing features. It also allows the easy automation of slideshows.

Our group gives this app a grade of 3/5 for being aka "Adobe Photoshop/Premiere-to-go". A 3 because of, the features and editing as it is still limited to the needs of projects for editing. What appeals us is the photo gallery that can be easily inputted to our blogs :D.
